Typhoon in Guam

A tropical storm warning is in effect for Guam — with a Category 1 typhoon expected to pass near the island. Engineering works on the island are on hold until we get the all-clear. Our network operations center will be monitoring our services in Guam.
Submarine Cable Provider Maintenance

Our upstream cable provider between Guam and Tokyo will be performing maintenance. The provider does not expect impact from the maintenance due to the nature of the work but we will be monitoring closely during the window.
Brisbane linecard failure

Power issues in Guam

Power issues were solved. Our network equipment stayed online during the power event so the OneQode backbone network was unaffected. Some of our cloud experienced a power quality event and have now been restored.
