Maintenance

We'll be upgrading our underlying platform to bring a range of performance improvements and bug fixes.

During the maintenance window, the cloud dashboard will be unavailable.

Cloud instances, networks and storage should continue to operate, however there may be intermittent network interruptions as the upgrade takes place.

This maintenance window is set for 4 hours. In the unlikely event this window extends, we will provide further updates here.

Our upstream cable provider between HongKong and Guam will be performing undersea cable repair. Service impact from the maintenance is expected to have a full duration of the maintenance window.
