Our cloud platform is currently unavailable, extending beyond the initial maintenance window. Our team is actively working to resolve this and restore full service as quickly as possible.

How this affects you:

  • Service interruption: During this window, cloud services will be temporarily unavailable. Your running instances will be put in a shelved state and automatically resumed after maintenance.
  • IP Address changes: If your active instance doesn't have a floating IP, your IP address may change after the upgrade.

What's getting better?

  • Storage speed: expect faster upload speeds for images, and improved download speeds for external files.
  • Network enhancements: This upgrade sets the stage for us to boost instance port speeds beyond 1Gbps in the future.
  • New cloud regions soon: the upgrade paves the way for new cloud regions. Hong Kong and Tokyo will become available in the coming weeks.
  • A range of minor performance upgrades and bug fixes
