Earlier today, affected parts of our cloud platform were successfully migrated to a new IP range.
Some routes may experience higher than expected latency — we expect these remaining issues to be resolved over the next few days.

Reachability issues are continuing. Our engineering teams have been working to migrate affected services to new IP ranges not associated with the affected provider.
Parts of our cloud platform will also undergo migration to a new IP range over the coming days, and affected customers have been notified.

What happened:
Yesterday, one of our IP address space providers made a breaking change that caused immediate issues with the reachability of some of our IP addresses. This affected connectivity for a number of networks connecting to us. Despite our efforts, we haven't been able to resolve the issue overnight.
What we’re doing:
Our management team have escalated this with urgency, and this remains our top priority.
If our original provider can't resolve the issue soon, we will take technical steps to migrate affected customers to a new IP address space that we own.
We'd like to avoid this if possible, but our overriding priority is to get everything back online with minimal disruption.

Intermittent network connectivity issues with some upstream providers is affecting the OneQode network & cloud platform. Our engineers are working with the vendor to resolve this issue. Updates to follow.
